<itunes:subtitle>Adventures in EdTech</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>Technology is a tool that can be useful in reaching students. Initially, I began this podcast to focus on Thiking Maps and Write from the Beginning, two programs being implemented in my school district. Realizing that I was also interested in finding a space where technology could be featured, the Accidental Technologist became a place where I could post examples and ideas I came across in my school and district. My hope is that when people see what students can and want to do, they will be inspired to try some of these ideas in the classroom. Originally, I uploaded my podcast to podomatic. Many of these can still be found at podomatic.</itunes:summary>

Technologist, Adventures in EdTech. I will still have great examples of
Thinking Maps and Write from the Beginning, but I want to expand the
Podcast to include Technology in Education. In this show, I will be
talking about CUE and attending Bernie Dodge's presentation on Web 2.0.
Be sure to look for the interview with students about using technology
in their classroom. This podcast will also focus on Flow Maps and
Multi-Flow Maps. Cause and effect has never been easier to teach. In
addition, we have amazing examples of teachers using Write from the
Beginning.
